Cleanliness, location and staff were all appreciated.
Noise, Noise and Noise. Both Friday and Saturday evenings, we heard loud parties with guests running up and down hallways yelling. This went on until 4:00 AM. Ear plugs didn't weren't adequate to muffle the loudness. There was no attempt by hotel staff to end this. For over 15 minutes, there was one patron pounded on the door of an adjacent room screaming obscenities to his girlfriend to open the door and threatening to beat her. This ended only after 10 minutes from when I called the front desk. Monday came around and construction noise started at 8:30. I know this cannot be helped, but I wish I had been informed that the hotel was being renovated. I would not have booked. I will not stay at this hotel again, not because of the facility, rather because the type of patrons staying there are young, roudy and inconsiderate of others staying there.

Newer hotel close to Creighton University, the College World Series ball park, downtown Omaha, the Old Market and across the street from the largest venue in the city... With a walk-way to it.\ Great buffet breakfast for $15... or $11.50 for the continental which had all we wanted including coffee, tea and cereals and fruit.
Paying for parking but $10 per night isn't exhorbitant when compared with most cities.

The location as to the CWS.
My assistant booked this room through Booked.net. Our receipt/confirmation recites the following Cancellation policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. The receipt also recites the following prepayment policy: No deposit will be charged. My credit card was charged in full about a month before my stay. Can you explain this please?

Comfortable beds
Paying for internet for my daughter's computer, then having to pay for mine also if I wanted to use it in-room.

The pool was a great hit with my kids, who loved spending time splashing around, and the on-site restaurant made it convenient for family meals after a long day.
In my wife's opinion, they should provide better baby-friendly amenities.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the modern design and feel of the hotel and room. I also enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the old market.
I disagreed with the charge for parking. I feel as though guests should be allowed to park for free or that it is already built into the hotel fee. No one likes an additional charge upon checking in.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown scene and the old market. Comfortable and clean. Meeting rooms available for business. Spa, pool and fitness.
Guest room was average in comparison with other hotels. I paid $140 for a small to average sized double queen room. I think I paid too much considering I've had bigger or double room stays at other hotels in the past for cheaper. No doubt I paid for the name, Hilton, which no doubt is a low rate for this hotel brand and it was the weekend. Room was clean but, there was a bit of ripped wall paper along the bathroom molding and a small but heavy marble table top seemed to be broken off the base and fell off almost on my 3 year old son's foot. I didn't complain because I didn't want to risk having to pay more money for a table I didn't break. $10 parking per night. maybe I'm crazy but, I think parking should be included as part of your stay. Also, they didn't explaine the incidentals fee of $50 when I checked in so I was surprised with this pending charge on my credit card but, they deducted only parking so, in the end the only extra fee charged was for parking.

Availability of pretty and useable space in the lobby with easy acess to computers, coffee place on site with breakfast options, place to sit outside (would prefer if it were smoke free), location walking distance to downtown and other nearby sites, cleanliness/design and comfort of the rooms, effort to conserve by not using alot of plastic in the rooms and emphasizing conservation of water with re-using towels, etc. Very comfortable beds.

This place suits me perfectly. It provides luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff helped me find places to go , especially Brian who ensured my lost items were returned. I'm coming back for a business trip!
